This warranty outlines the exclusive rights and remedies for the original purchaser of Go Fence WPC extruded products. Please read the details carefully before purchasing, using, or installing Go Fence WPC extruded products, as your purchase constitutes acceptance of the terms.

Terms of Warranty

GoFence products are warranted against cracking, splinting, delaminating, rotting, or structural damage from fungal decay under proper usage, installation, and maintenance. Products must be installed following Doma Structures' written instructions, which are available from on our website at www.domastructures.com.

Remedies

In the event of a defect during the warranty period, Doma Structures will replace the nonconforming product as specified in our claim procedure.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow written instructions
• Damage caused by Acts of God, environmental conditions, or chemicals
• Ordinary wear and tear, fading, or discoloration
• Transportation, removal, and reinstallation costs

Claim Procedure

1. Provide proof of purchase and documentation of the defect, including photographs.
2. Submit your claim within the applicable warranty period.
3. Ensure temporary measures are taken to prevent further damage until the claim is resolved.

Dispute Resolution

Unresolved disputes regarding warranty claims will be handled through binding arbitration as per the terms outlined in Section 4 of the warranty. Class actions are not permitted.
